Conference sponsorships

Dear Sponsor,

CAMDA, an interdisciplinary conference dedicated to the Critical Assessment of Massive Data Analysis is soliciting sponsorships for its annual event, which will take place on July 7 & 8, 2018 in Chicago U.S.A.
Over the past twelve years, CAMDA has been a forum for academic researchers and industry practitioners to share their research and experience in the analysis of genome-wide data, such as gene transcript or protein expression profiles. Many novel algorithms have been introduced first at CAMDA and this event has regularly been featured in top journals such as the Nature journal (Nature 411, 885, Nature 424, 610) and Nature Methods editorial (August 2008).
Every year, CAMDA Conference has an average of 100 to 250 attendees who come from all over the world. At CAMDA 2017 eleven countries were represented from Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, South Korea, Nigeria, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States. From those countries there were biologists, statisticians, computer scientists, mathematicians and students.

CAMDA is the only conference on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) using the format of scientific competition. All speakers at CAMDA are analyzing the same data set.
